What is your time out and self-exclusion policy?
You can take a break from Arena for a minimum of 1 day and up to 30 days by emailing Support. During this time, you won't be able to submit lineups or deposit funds, but you can still log in and withdraw funds.
Self-Exclusion: Choose to exclude yourself from Arena for specific durations: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or even a Lifetime ban. During this time, you will not be able to play or log in to your account.
Timeouts and self-exclusion are valuable tools for promoting responsible gaming and protecting player health. If you have concerns about your gaming habits, these options can help you regain control. Additionally, Arena encourages members to explore free resources, like behavioral health benefits available through Kindbridge. Learn more in the Arena app.
What is Gaming Disorder?
A gaming disorder occurs when someone struggles to manage their gaming habits, leading to negative impacts on their life and health. Signs of problematic gaming include playing longer than intended, being unable to reduce playtime despite trying, and losing interest in other activities.
Like other addictions, problem gaming may involve uncontrollable urges that, if left unchecked, can cause financial hardship. Problem gaming can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, race, or financial status. Early detection is critical to preventing adverse consequences, and with proper intervention, it can be successfully treated.
If you believe you might have a problem, we strongly encourage you to seek assistance. Arena has partnered with Kindbridge Behavioral Health to provide resources and support for those in need.
