Responsible Gaming Overview

What is Responsible Gaming?

Playing games is meant to be fun! However, a hobby can sometimes turn into an unhealthy activity, and Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) games are no exception.

At Arena, we’re committed to ensuring all our members have a safe and enjoyable experience. That’s why our platform includes tools to help keep your gameplay both fun and safe. We also require all members to verify their age before creating an account. Individuals under the age of 19 (or 21 in AZ and MA) are not permitted to play on Arena.

To support responsible gaming, we provide tools that allow you to monitor your activity, set personal limits, or take a break whenever needed.

Using these tools doesn’t mean you have a problem—it’s a proactive way to maintain healthy habits and ensure your gaming remains a positive experience. We encourage you to explore the Responsible Gaming Tools and resources available in the Arena app and make use of them whenever necessary.

How can Arena Members practice responsible gaming?

Arena offers several responsible gaming tools and resources to ensure a safe and secure DFS experience, including:

• Alerts: Receive notifications if you exceed your preselected daily, weekly, or monthly thresholds for lineup submissions.

• Limits: Set self-imposed daily, weekly, or monthly deposit or play limits, effective for at least 90 days.

• Timeouts: Temporarily disable your ability to submit lineups or deposit funds for a period of 1 to 30 days.

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily disable all access to your account and block all marketing notifications for 30 days or more.
