Can I permanently deactivate my Arena account?
If you believe that using Arena is adversely affecting your health and well-being, you have the option to permanently deactivate your account. To do this, navigate to the 'Self-Exclusion' section within the Responsible Gaming Tools and select 'LIFETIME' from the dropdown menu.
Please be aware that choosing this option is irreversible; you will not be able to reactivate your account or create a new one in the future. If your reason for account deletion is unrelated to responsible gaming, please refer to the instructions on the Deactivation page for alternative steps.
BetBlocker
BetBlocker is a free tool designed to help you control your gaming by blocking access to over 15,000 gambling websites. You can install it on multiple devices and customize the block duration—from a minimum of one day up to five years. Additionally, BetBlocker offers a calendar-blocking feature, allowing you to restrict access on specific days of the week, month, or year.
What if I have unused funds left in my account when I self-exclude?
If you have funds remaining in your Arena account, we recommend withdrawing them before finalizing your self-exclusion. Once your request is submitted, you will no longer have access to your account.
If your self-exclusion has an end date (any option other than 'LIFETIME'), you will need to wait until the full exclusion period has passed before you can regain access to your account and funds.
#Can I edit or cancel my limit, timeout, or self-exclusion decision after I hit save?
No. For your protection, any responsible gaming limitations you set cannot be edited or removed until the specified time period has been completed.
Concerned about a family member’s gaming habits?
If you’re concerned that a family member is showing signs of compulsive play behavior, please reach out to Arena’s Customer Support for assistance. Eligible third parties may request that a DFS consumer be excluded from Arena or request the implementation of deposit and/or loss limits.
To process such a request, proof of eligibility must be provided in documentary form, demonstrating sole or joint financial responsibility for the source of any funds deposited into the Arena account. This may include:
• Proof of joint obligation on the credit or debit card linked to the DFS consumer's account.
• Documentation showing the DFS consumer is legally dependent on the requestor under state or federal law.
• Evidence of a court order making the requestor wholly or partially responsible for the debts of the DFS consumer.
• Proof of a court order requiring the DFS consumer to pay unmet child support obligations.
Arena may, at its sole discretion, request additional documentation to verify the eligibility of third-party requests.
