Additional Information Being Requested

Once you complete our normal KYC flow, sometimes we require additional information such as a selfie photo and valid photo ID. This only happens when required by our KYC partner. Once completed, you’ll receive one of the following updates:

• Verified: You’ll be notified with 'Verification Successful' in which you can proceed to your first deposit and lineup submission in Arena.

• Denied: If verification is denied, it can be for a variety of reasons. You can email support for more information on this outcome. In the meantime, you won’t be able to deposit or submit a Lineup on Arena. Arena reserves the right to deny verification at its sole discretion.
