Refunded Picks & Reasons

If your Lineup was automatically Refunded, it was because to one of the following reasons:

• Ineligible Due to DNPs: If DNPs or Rescues leave your lineup with only one pick, or all picks are from the same team, it will be canceled, and your entry fee refunded.

• Board Error: A projection mistakenly left on the board after a game starts will cause affected lineups to be canceled and refunded.

Note: Arena reserves the right to cancel any active lineup at its sole discretion. If you need further clarification, contact Arena Support at support@arenapicks.com.

Rescued Picks & Reasons

If your Lineup was automatically Rescued, it was because to one of the following reasons:

• Ineligible Due to DNPs: If DNPs or Rescues leave your lineup with only one pick, or all picks are from the same team, it will be canceled, and your entry fee refunded.
